Adam Bourne
Councilman Adam Bourne is a member of the Chickasaw United Methodist Church, a University of Alabama graduate, a lawyer and a former Alabama assistant attorney general.
Prior to taking office as a councilman in 2008, Bourne was chairman of Chickasaw's Commercial Development Board and was vice-chairman of its Industrial Development Board. Bourne was re-elected in 2012.
Bourne is a Certified Municipal Official ("CMO"), having taken more than 40 hours of coursework from the Alabama League of Municipalities. Bourne is a former president of the Mobile County Municipal Association.
Bourne is married to Jenny Parker, who is a public school teacher.
